1. Platform Description

MST Platform ("the Platform") is a private quantitative research and trading system developed and operated by Francesco Saverio Canepa ("the Author"). The Platform provides real-time monitoring of an algorithmic FX trading system (MST-FOREX V8 BEST_8) executing on MetaTrader 5 via Fusion Markets ZERO (VFSC).

2. Access and Authorization

Access to the Platform is restricted and provided at the sole discretion of the Author. Authorized users receive credentials (username and password) for monitoring purposes only. Unauthorized access attempts are prohibited and may be subject to legal action.

3. No Investment Advice

Nothing on this Platform constitutes investment advice, a solicitation, or an offer to buy or sell any financial instruments. The information displayed is for informational and research purposes only. The Author is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial planner.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, algorithms, methodologies, source code, and visual design of the Platform are the exclusive intellectual property of the Author. The MST-FOREX framework, including the TDI cointegration engine, cluster definitions, and execution logic, is proprietary and confidential.

Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without explicit written consent.

5. Data Accuracy

While the Author makes reasonable efforts to ensure data accuracy, the Platform is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Real-time data depends on MT5 connectivity, VPS uptime, and third-party data feeds. The Author is not responsible for data delays, inaccuracies, or system outages.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Author shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this Platform. This includes, but is not limited to, trading losses, data inaccuracies, system downtime, or unauthorized access to user accounts.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Italian Republic. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Milan, Italy.
